    • Aria Kirkland-Harris is an organizational development consultant for faith-based institutions that serve communities through affordable housing, education, and community health initiatives. Her previous roles include policy research, community organizing, teaching, and fundraising. Aria sits on the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation’s board of directors, and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from Columbia University and a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University.
