How to Register for Shalem Programs
Introductory Events, Quiet Days, Groups, Retreats & Special Events
You can register by any of these methods:
Visit the Shalem Store to register and pay for the program online. Go to the Store's Programs & Events section and click on the program you would like. Fill out the registration form (one per person) and follow the instructions to complete the registration process. Click here to get to the Shalem Store.
Print out the registration form and mail to the Shalem office with full payment. (Make checks payable to Shalem Institute.) Please fill out the form completely and use one form per person. Click here for a registration form.

Residential Retreat & Regional Gatherings
A $75.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for events over $100 is due with registration and the balance is due no later than thirty days before the event. Please note, due date balance may vary in accordance with facility requirements. (Full payment due with registration for all other events.) This option is available for mailed-in registrations only.
Extension Programs
The Spiritual Guidance Program, Leading Contemplative Prayer Groups & Retreats Program, and Clergy Spiritual Life and Leadership Program each require specific application materials. To access the application procedures for any of these Extension Programs, please click on any of the program links above. We do not accept online registration for these events at this time.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Introductory Events, Quiet Days, Groups & Special Events:
If you need to cancel your registration for any of these programs and wish to receive a partial refund (up to half of the program fee), you must contact Shalem at least one week before the beginning of the program. In the event of such a cancellation, half of the program fee is your non-transferable, non-refundable deposit. Full refunds are given only if Shalem cancels the event.
Residential Retreats and Regional Gatherings: If you need to cancel your registration for a residential retreat or regional gathering and wish to receive a partial refund, you must contact Shalem at least two weeks before the beginning of the program, in which case Shalem will refund the program tuition less the $75 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. No tuition refunds can be made for cancellations within two weeks of the program start date. Refunds for room and board costs will be made consistent with the cancellation policy of the residential facility for the event.

Donations to Shalem
